Our Thanks to the Ravas for hosting our July show. We paid out just shy of $4000.00.
Also, our thanks to all the turnback help and to our show secretary that keeps us running smoothly.

The next show is at the Mullins Ranch on August 16th. The deadline for entries is August 13th and as usual we really appreciate all of you for getting your entries in on time. It makes everyone’s job easier, especially, John Loftus who handles our cattle.
We hope to see you all August 16th.

To all Members: If you have a special announcement i.e. a clinic, an event etc. you can have it posted on our website. Contact Vickie Mullins (805) 237-1469.

Just a Reminder: To qualify for year end awards and for our year end added money show you must have competed in a minimum of 5 shows during the year. We have 2 shows left so if you are short…make sure you attend the last 2 shows.

Free Classified: We have a Free Classified section. As a member you can post a Wanted or For Sale ad at no cost. Just go to the Classified Section and email your ad.

A postcard will be mailed monthly to all members as a reminder of the date of the next show, the deadline for entries, our website address and the Show Secretary’s phone number for questions.

Please make note of the deadline for entries whether you fax them in or call the Secretary. We have been getting a lot of late signups and it makes it extremely difficult to complete the cattle order. Your cooperation will be appreciated.

It was also decided that any class with 4 or less participants will be a Jackpot Only class with no added money.

Just a reminder: All Schooling runs will be added to the bottom of each class. You must specify when signing up that your work will be schooling only. You cannot change a regular work to a schooling run at the show as the cattle have been ordered for your work. The cost of Schooling is the normal entry fee minus the dollars allotted to the jackpot. The schooling run will not be judged.
